Tulleys Farm to host music festival featuring 80s stars
This is Sussex --

YOUNG secondary school pupils will play alongside a band who had two top-ten hits in the 1980s at a diverse music festival next month.

Tulleys Farm, in Turners Hill Road, will be hosting the musical extravaganza and all of the farm's summer attractions will be open as part of the festival, called Farmily Fest.

Sweet Revenge, which is made up of pupils from Notre Dame School in Lingfield, are on the bill alongside Red Box, who had chart success with Lean On Me and For America.

Other acts performing at the event on September 7 include ska outfit The Skatonics, The Blind Hearts, who play folk, country and blues, and singer-songwriter Lauren Ray.

The festival has been organised by Terry Sumner and Pete Jenkins of Meridian FM to raise money for the radio station in East Grinstead.

The event will run from 1 to 10.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £6.95 each or £17.50 for a family of four (two adults and two children).

They will cost more on the day so advanced booking is advised.
