
An Edmonton man stabbed in the Best Western hotel parking lot on Idylwyld Drive North last weekend has a date in court next month.
The 34-year-old man has been charged with possession and trafficking after police found approximately 17-grams of cocaine, $1,000 cash and unpaid credit cards on him following the attack early Sunday morning.
Police said he has refused to cooperate with investigators and he remains in hospital recovering from injuries. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13.
