PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Airport officials in Pierre say they've seen fewer cancellations in the number of commercial air flights in the past month. Pierre Regional Airport Manager Mike Issacs tells KCCR radio that 33 of 196 flights — or 17 percent — were cancelled in February.
