Only one of two people missing on a canoe trip will be returning home, after she survived in the wilderness for more than a week.
A Prince Albert couple in their sixties on a trip with a group to go canoeing northeast of Pinehouse, including Kinosaskaw Lake. They were supposed to check in with their son via a tracking device early last week but he didn't hear from them.
Pinehouse RCMP received a call Tuesday morning that someone spotted an overturned canoe on the Lake. A float plane operator said he could see a man's body inside.read more Reported by CJME 1 hour ago.
