A 28 year old man faces chargers after he allegedly brandished a handgun.
Police were called to an apartment in the 200 block of 20th Street west around 4 p.m. Tuesday after reports of a man with a handgun.
The man was confronted by police as he left the apartment and was arrested without incident.
A BB style handgun was found in his poseesion and seized.
He's charged with uttering threats and other firearms related charges are pending.
