Saskatoon police tasered and arrested a woman after she threatened to hurt herself Saturday night.
Police got a call about a domestic violence incident in the 1400 block of Cumberland Avenue around 11 p.m.
They then found out there were two toddlers at the location and the woman was holding a "scalpel type" knife to her own throat.
