Assault victim in North Battleford flown to Saskatoon for treatment

Man and woman were arrested at the scene

A man is in stable condition at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon after an alleged assault in North Battleford on Saturday.

North Battleford RCMP received a call at around 5:15 a.m. about an assault at a residence on the 1200 block of 103rd Street.

When officers arrived they found a 34-year-old man bleeding and in need of urgent medical care. An ambulance was called and the man was brought to the Battleford Union Hospital.

Not long after, the man was airlifted to RUH in Saskatoon where he remains in stable condition.read more Reported by CJME 5 hours ago.
