CHILDREN from schools in Bilborough have taken to the airwaves to launch an anti-smoking campaign. The pupil council from the Keys to Success Education Improvement Partnership came up with the idea of a radio advertisement to talk about the effects their parents' smoking has on them. These range from going to school smelling of cigarettes to not being able to afford school trips. Funding from Nottingham City Council enabled them to develop scripts and pay for the advert to be aired on GEM 106FM... Reported by Nottingham Post 2 hours ago.
